Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Content Data: Scripts, video generation settings, and generated video content you create using our platform.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and generation history.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication and session management.

• To process transactions and manage your account and credits
• To send transactional emails (video ready notifications, credit alerts)

• D-ID / HeyGen — AI video generation (scripts and avatar selections are sent to generate videos)
• OpenAI / ElevenLabs — text-to-speech and AI script generation
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored for 90 days after creation, after which they may be automatically deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your Settings page.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. AI-Generated Content

Videos created using our platform are generated by artificial intelligence. Content created using AI avatars does not represent real people. We recommend disclosing the AI-generated nature of content when publishing, as required by applicable regulations including the EU AI Act.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
